Take our I/O 2026 quiz, vibe coded in Google AI Studio.

Putting "Vibe Coding" to the Test

Attention developers and creators: we have launched an interactive quiz designed to test your retention of the major announcements from Google I/O 2026. What makes this project unique is that it was entirely "vibe coded" using Google AI Studio.

At this year’s I/O, we showcased how Google AI Studio—now integrated with the powerful Antigravity coding agent—lowers the barrier to entry for building software. You no longer need to be a seasoned software engineer to turn your concepts into functional applications using the latest Gemini models.

From Concept to Code

As an editor without a formal programming background, I personally built this quiz to demonstrate the platform's accessibility. The process was straightforward:

  • Ideation: I utilized Gemini to draft a precise prompt tailored for Google AI Studio.
  • Context: I provided the AI with source materials, including our official I/O announcements and specific design inspirations.
  • Refinement: After generating the initial structure, I iterated on the prompt based on live previews and integrated the final quiz content.

"I vibe coded this quiz myself — and I'm an editor with zero coding background, not a developer."

Try It Yourself

We invite you to engage with the Google I/O 2026 Pop Quiz to brush up on your knowledge of our latest Gemini models, Search updates, and more. Once you have tested your expertise, we encourage you to jump into Google AI Studio and start building your own projects.
